Activities Program Manager
Our client CYC Philip Island Adventure Resort is seeking an experienced Activities Program Manager to lead the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of their large-scale activities program. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this key role ensures programs are safe, impactful and aligned with CYC’s Christian mission and guest experience priorities. The role balances strategic contribution with strong oversight of operational execution; ensuring programs are well resourced, effectively staffed and delivered with consistency and excellence.
As the Activities Program Manager, you will set direction for the team; driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional guest experiences while developing a high-performing and engaged team.
