Sarah Daniel is an accomplished professional with a background in Big Four consulting, where she gained extensive cross-industry experience in Technology Risk, Auditing, and CyberSecurity. Her passion for building organisational resilience led her to specialise in Operational Resilience, a field in which she has become a recognised leader. As Head of Industry Resilience at Westpac, she leads strategic collaboration with Government and critical infrastructure sectors to strengthen community preparedness for major disruptions. Outside work, Sarah is a proud Arrow Leadership alumna, and proudly supports her husband, Kiran Skariah (also known as PastorSKAR), in his innovative ministry reaching online gaming communities.
