Joel is a coach and mentor who partners with leaders to grow
their leadership capacity through self awareness to become
transformational leaders that generate change. He is passionate
about developing emerging leaders and leaders in transition to
address the challenges and opportunities facing our next
generation.
Joel has more than 20 years experience as an executive and
director, leading boards and executive teams in faith based, for purpose
and social enterprise organisations. He has worked
across diverse sectors including finance, property and
construction, and founded startups in financial services,
insurance, and childcare.
