Dr. Glenn Williams is founder of LCP Global, established in 2010 following his doctoral research into the connection between personal and corporate well-being. His diverse career spans corporate sales, psychology, and executive leadership, including roles as founder of Focus on the Family Australia and Global COO of Focus on the Family USA. Most recently, he spent six years leading global innovation for the Halftime ministry. Glenn helps leaders build cultures where sustainable success and well-being coexist. Author of When Leaders Are Lost (2023), Glenn lives on Australia’s Sunshine Coast with his wife Natalie and two adult children.
