Hot off the press is the third booklet in CMA's Principles and Standards series. This publication is available in two versions: one for churches, the other for Christian schools and other ministries. (Note: the principles and standards in the two publications are identical, the church version just uses some different terminology at times).
The booklets address the HR issues for Christian organisations, in the familiar dot-point format of our original Governance publication. With 12 Principles, and 104 standards, CMA hopes that churches and Christian organisations will find this a helpful tool for stimulating thinking about what makes a great workplace. |
