Support CMA's Mission

• Undergirding the core operations of CMA. Our events, sponsorship, membership and product revenues fall about $105,000 per year short of our core needs, before we even think about growing.
• Strengthening the CMA Standards Council, now that the founding grant has expired, but ongoing revenues are not yet sufficient.
• Converting aspects of CMA's publications and conference content into a formal curriculum, to form the basis of more rigorous and accessible training and accreditation.

• Establishing an ongoing research program in areas of governance, finance, fundraising and ministry staffing, which will feed into diagnostic tools, resource development and ongoing curriculum development.
• Performing a comprehensive upgrade of CMA's communications, website and marketing operations, and adding some permanent staff assistance in the communications area.
• Rolling out the Q4 course 'Engaging Q4' that has been successfully piloted in Melbourne, and developing the supporting materials and systems.

A sustaining partner is an individual or organisation who makes an annual contribution of $1000 or more. We have three different levels of Sustaining Partners:

• Sustaining the CORE of CMA - underpinning our core operations and team;
• Sustaining the GROWTH of CMA - enabling us to grow our operations to higher levels of maturity, reach and effectiveness;
• Sustaining the EXPANSION of CMA - equipping us to step into strategic directions that are currently beyond our capacity.

Whether or not you are able to make a financial contribution, God may be calling you to fill a volunteer-type role in CMA that expands our capability, assists other Christian organisations, and at the same time provides you with a fulfilling outlet for the skills and experience God has blessed you with. CMA has a wide reach, and a variety of channels to highlight the products or services of our sponsors - and your sponsorship supports CMA's mission. Sponsorship may also be a tax-effective way of supporting CMA through business entities.

In 2001 CMA was born with a mission of "maximising ministry effectiveness, building organisational character". We started with one $10,000 grant, and have slowly but steadily grown into a ministry serving thousands of people each year, and making a difference in the landscape of Australian ministry.
