Join the Compassion executive leadership team and be part of bringing hope to children around the world. Compassion is a Christian international holistic child development organisation with more than two million children currently a part of Compassion's programs. Compassion's response to poverty is different, focusing on one child at a time and building long term relationships between children and their local church family, showing them a hope more powerful than poverty.

Compassion Australia has over 150 committed team members and many more volunteers who are committed to the mission of seeing children released from poverty in Jesus' name. The organisation is based in Newcastle, NSW, with offices across Australia. Compassion Australia's CEO Clare Steele, alongside a team of Executive Directors, are responsible for leading an ambitious four year strategy to see even more children released from poverty. Currently, three Executive Director vacancies exist, namely the Executive Director Supporter Experience, Executive Director People & Culture and Executive Director Strategic Partnerships. These roles have been created as part of the formation of a newly formed executive team. Compassion seeks high calibre executives for these three critical roles, with each serving as members of Compassion's Executive Team.

This role leads a department which builds a high performing, flourishing team, that collaboratively works together to further the mission.

These roles will use your skills, leadership capability and talent for a purpose. One that changes lives, restores hope and transforms communities. All three roles require exceptional individuals who can bring about growth through outstanding people leadership, communication and innovation. The roles will focus on building a healthy team culture and achieving increased organisational performance.
