Lead a team as our new Digital Marketing Manager

  • Use your digital and content marketing skill and experience to play a pivotal role in activating the Australian church to partner with Tearfund in giving, advocating and praying for a more just and compassionate world.
  • Lead a motivated and talented staff team who are passionate about seeing transformation and believe in the power of digital to bring change.

About the role

In this role you are the 'voice of digital' at Tearfund, designing and overseeing all aspects of Tearfund's digital marketing and the implementation of integrated marketing communication campaigns from conception to completion. You will lead our digital team to enhance and expand our brand presence through the creation of beautiful, inspiring, data driven digital content and marketing solutions.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Over 5 years of experience specialising in digital and content marketing and supporter journey experiences
  • A proven track record showing effective project management of integrated marketing communication campaigns from conception to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and work collaboratively with teams across the organisation
  • Creative flair which translates into innovative digital solutions to challenging communication problems
  • A sound understanding of the Australian Christian landscape and ability to influence supporters to respond to global poverty and injustice in meaningful ways.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field.
