Integricare

We are looking for a professional who can join our dedicated team in growing our network of early education centres in Sydney. This is a key role reporting to the CEO and is based in Integricare's central office in Burwood but will require significant travel within Sydney.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a person who can engage with other senior leaders to project manage our expansion. At this stage, we are offering a part-time role that could become full-time should you be successful in your role. We require a strong level of expertise in project management and networking along with the ability to:

  • proactively source and respond to new opportunities;
  • effectively gather relevant information in the due diligence process;
  • review financial statements and liaise with Integricare managers;
  • liaise effectively with relevant and internal stakeholders in the due diligence process;
  • effectively assess risk with new service opportunities;
  • develop and update business cases;

Knowledge

A strong understanding of the Christian denominational environment and the inner workings of church leadership would be highly advantageous. This would be further enhanced with a strong personal faith and a heart commitment to the strategic aims of our mission-based organisation. Knowledge of the early education sector would also be looked upon favourably.

Experience

We would like to see a successful track record in a middle management role with a similar commercial focus in a multi-dimensional organisation (as a guide a minimum of three years' experience). We are looking for a person who has demonstrated experience in:

  • a business development environment with a focus on organisational growth;
  • a NFP community organisation, preferably Christian;
  • negotiating with key stakeholders in Christian denominations or with churches;
  • working in an environment of de-centralised operations;
  • time management and managing multiple projects with demanding time frames.

Skills and Qualifications

The key competency required is that of project management, but qualifications in either property, business, law, or finance would also be relevant. Advanced negotiation skills are required along with:

  • a strong ability to interpret financial data;
  • excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to write concise and clear reports;
  • a high level of operational know-how and the ability to translate strategy into operations;
  • advanced innovative, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • a strong ability to maintain effective relationships within a network of diverse people;
  • proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
