ONE80TC is looking for a full time Events, Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator at our Corporate office in Castle Hill.

Since 1977, ONE80TC has successfully facilitated the restoration of lives from the devastating effects of alcohol and other drug addiction.

We exist to rescue men and women, to restore their lives and help rebuild families.

ONE80TC provides Residential Rehabilitation in a therapeutic community as well as community based accountability sessions.

Working closely with the CEO, the primary purpose of the role is:

  • To plan, organise and manage key fundraising, social events and marketing initiatives for the organisation.

This position is Full Time Monday - Friday, plus attending events as required.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Proven track record of running successful fundraising events.
  • Proven negotiation skills with venues, contractors and other event stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop professional relationships in all aspects of the position that result in stable, consistent, reliable, and courteous communication.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
  • Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills.
  • The ability to take direction and input and to develop effective and engaging events that will achieve ONE80TC’s supporters.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of other team members and volunteers to support events, whilst achieving fundraising targets and inspiring team members to also meet their targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses.
  • Ability to clearly present ideas/opportunities effectively to both staff and other stakeholders including the board.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills, with an excellent eye for detail & accuracy.
  • At least two years’ experience in recovery, if applicable.


  • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in Event Management or related field is required.
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence.

Candidates will be an active member of their Church and a Pastor/Ministers reference is required (phone, letter or email).
