National Office Team Leader – Full time

AFES is seeking a mature Christian leader who is passionate and able to promote the AFES Mission as our National Office Team Leader. This person will oversee our AFES National Office operations. In this strategic role, you will enhance the existing culture of service and growth within our National Office teams, lead initiatives to deliver exceptional service to the entire AFES Fellowship, and ensure smooth implementation of new projects and strategies that advance the AFES Mission to proclaim Jesus Christ at universities. 

 

About you 

  • Personally committed to Christ, servant-hearted 
  • Passionate about supporting the Mission of AFES. 
  • Ability to lead, manage and enable Team Leaders. 
  • Experience in overseeing complex business as usual processes, process improvement, project management, and financial acumen. 
  • Capable of situational leadership and change management across a range of stakeholders. 
  • High computer literacy. 
  • Appropriately qualified with demonstrated experience.

Location 

This role is based at the AFES Office in Kingsford, Sydney. 

 

Remuneration 

Salary range commensurate with skills and experience, available on request. 

 

Start Date 

The start date is negotiable but preferably before 3 February 2024.
