CityLife is currently seeking a skilled HR Officer to provide support to the Head of People and Culture across all areas of the HR function.  The role of the HR Officer has a particular focus on the recruitment, on/off-boarding, employee recognition processes, and the management of employee records and staff events.

Your core responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • End to end recruitment process 
  • Employee On/Off-boarding process
  • Maintain HR databases (Employment Hero) and generate HR reports and analysis as required
  • Tracking expiry conditions and reminder systems.
  • Staff Culture, events & welfare
  • Preparation of compliance reports
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and all HR projects

Profile/Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in Human Resource-related administration role or similar.
  2. Understanding of the Employee Life Cycles including recruitment practices.
  3. Basic understanding of Industrial instruments / legislation relevant to the HR practice is required for this role.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Evident competence in Microsoft Office in a business context, especially:
    • Excel
    • Outlook
    • Word
  1. Event planning experience.
  2. Prior experience with Employment Hero would be beneficial but not essential.
