Head of Impact – Join Our Collaborative and Passionate Team

Prison Network (PN) is looking for a Head of Impact to lead the strategic development and communication of our organisation’s impact. As part of a flexible, collaborative, and passionate team, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to support incarcerated women and their families, while helping to shape the future direction of our work.

In this role, you will take the lead in crafting compelling communications, collaborating closely with our Marketing and Communications Coordinator to transform data and stories into impactful narratives for stakeholders, funders, and the broader community across various platforms. Working alongside the CEO, you will help shape and execute PN’s funding strategy, using evidence of our impact to engage donors, build strong relationships, and secure future support. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of PN’s Strategic Plan, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with our mission and long-term goals.
