Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Director of Finance, to oversee and manage the financial operations of the College. They will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic financial insight and guidance to the management team.

 

The successful applicant will report to the CEO and will have:          

• Bachelor of Accounting (or similar qualification)
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in Senior Leadership Teams
• Self-motivated to improve processes and procedures
• Performance management and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication, teamworking and interpersonal skills
