About the role and ChildSafe Australia

As part of SU Australia, ChildSafe Australia’s mission is to “Enable organisations to create trusted, safe environments for children, young people, and those that care for them.”

  • The Role:

In this newly created position, you will support the General Manager, ChildSafe Australia, and the team with your exceptional administrative skills to ensure the smooth operation of the ChildSafe office in Melbourne. Working closely with the ChildSafe Training Manager and the National Relationship Manager, you will schedule our training contractors and manage the administrative aspects of our training activities. Additionally, you will assist the General Manager with finance and other office-related tasks.

  • Work Environment:

This is a full-time hybrid role, combining work from home with time in the ChildSafe Australia office in Melbourne.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level logistical and administrative support.
  • Schedule training contractors and manage administrative tasks for training activities.
  • Assist with finance-related tasks, including invoicing and budgeting.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the ChildSafe office.


About You:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-level logistical and administrative support.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in scheduling a work team (preferred).
  • Experience in invoicing and budgeting.
  • Exceptional computer skills.
