Children’s and Families’ Minister (part-time, 4 days per week)

St Stephen’s Anglican Church Coorparoo is seeking a Children’s and Families’ Minister to oversee and grow the church’s ministry with children and families.

About the position

This is an exciting opportunity to join the St Stephen’s staff team and help young people encounter Jesus. The Children’s and Families’ Minister facilitates discipleship and care of children and young families in the church by coordinating the Sunday children’s program and other programs, providing pastoral care to children and families, and identifying and training leaders for children’s ministry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to engage positively with both children and adults, and a desire to see young people encounter Jesus and live empowered by His Spirit.

This is a part time position of 30.4 hours (4 days) per week to be worked on Sundays and during the week. The total hours per week and days worked are negotiable.
