* What is the role?

We are looking for your extraordinary skills as an Accounts Payable Officer, to assist Carinity’s Finance & Administration dynamic work environment. Your primary responsibility is handling the accounts payable functions for all Carinity invoicing and provision of assistance to facility/program staff.

The role is based in Carinity’s Head Office in the northern city fringe suburb of Gaythorne, close to shops, cafés, and a variety of public transport options. The campus is surrounded by trees and offers ample free parking on site.

* What do I need?

  • Certificate in Finance/Accounting discipline would be advantageous.
  • General Knowledge of Accounting/Credit processes
  • Process and deadline driven and productive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exposure to, knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge of large system accounting software.
