CMA and the CMA Standards Council are pleased to invite you and your guests to the official NSW launch of the CMA Standards Council, at our breakfast in Sydney on December 5th.

To commence the morning, our international guest, Cameron Doolittle, from Generosity Path USA, will bring a presentation entitled 'A Taste of a Journey of Generosity'.

The concept of generosity is closely entwined with the objectives of the CMA Standards Council. Around the world, churches and ministries using "Journey of Generosity" retreats to disciple their givers. Why? Every Christian knows that God wants us to be generous. But few of us sacrifice. Generosity Path has found that it's a heart problem, not a head problem. So how do we help our friends' hearts change? Generosity Path's "Journey of Generosity" retreat brings together stories, Scripture, and sharing, giving the Spirit space to reshape our hearts and priorities.

At this breakfast, you'll experience a brief "taste" of a Journey of Generosity and learn how and why this movement of biblical generosity has spread to Christian givers in more than 30 countries over the past 30 months. Then, you will briefly hear from CMA Standards Council Executive Director, Steve Kerr, as he presents the next round of Accredited Partners, and shares a few lessons from our journey so far.

This is an historic day for Christian organisations with a commitment to responsible leadership and governance, and for all those interested in Christian generosity. These launch events signal the end of our Pilot Program, and the official 'throwing open of the doors' to begin receiving applications for accreditation from Christian organisations, such as churches, schools and charities, who share our commitment to Building Faith and Trust.

*Member means paid members of CMA. If attending under an organisational membership, you must be one of the organisation's nominated members to receive the discount. Just receiving CMA emails does not make you a member.
