CMA is a not-for-profit charity, seeking to assist individuals and organisations with a Christian focus to become more effective in their pursuit of the Gospel.
We were founded in 2002 as a ministry of Evangelical Alliance, on the belief that the spiritual gifts of administration have been overlooked in many areas of church and ministry life. We believe that proper, spiritually-oriented attention to areas like leadership, governance and management can dramatically improve the ultimate effectiveness of a Christian organisation. The cause of the Gospel is too important to be approached with mediocrity!
Thousands of church, ministry and business leaders each year attend CMA events, request CMA resources, and get involved by way of annual subscriptions. Our community comes from all denominations, and from every walk of organisational life: pastors, company directors, academics, consultants, ministry board members, ministry staff, church administrators, small business owners, CEOs, and more.
