CYC Phillip Island Adventure Resort is seeking to employ a full-time Head of Property Maintenance responsible for leading a team that develop and maintain a truly amazing camp property for guests to use and enjoy. The successful candidate will be required to supervise the property maintenance team, maintain grounds and operate associated equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • leadership and management of the PIAR Property Maintenance team
  • maintenance of grounds, facilities, vehicles and equipment
  • site development and capital works
  • ministry contribution.

The successful candidate will:

  • identify with the values and mission of CYC
  • have experience and/or qualifications relevant to this role
  • have good communication skills
  • work independently and within a team environment
  • model a positive, mature and productive attitude
  • lead an effective property team.

Previous experience in team leadership, property maintenance, landscaping or carpentry would be an advantage.

Please note - on-site accommodation may be available to the successful candidate. A current Working with Children Card is required.
