An exciting and rewarding position exists within our firm for an Administration Assistant.

Haden Partners Pty Ltd is a Professional Accounting Practice in Ringwood that offers the following services to clients:

  • Personal Tax & Property Tax Advice
  • Business Advisory Services
  • Corporate Secretarial Services
  • Management Consulting - Strategy & Planning
  • Superannuation
  • Tax Consulting
  • Wealth Management

Our business has a team-based and respectful client centred culture. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant who is reliable, motivated and well-presented with a proactive approach to work.

In this role, your duties will include:

  • Reception duties including telephone and client greeting
  • Managing client appointments
  • Managing appointment scheduling in Microsoft Outlook
  • Managing Daily incoming mail
  • Managing Client Correspondence including photocopying, collation, and binding of documentation to be sent to clients as required by Accounting staff.
  • Management of client Files in our Electronic Filing System
  • Management of ASIC Corporate Register including client registration, correspondence and charges.
  • Maintaining office supplies and resources
  • Administration Support when required to all Haden Partners Staff

The successful applicant will need to have:

  • Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive “team player”
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work with new software programs under pressure
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Completion of Certificate III Administration
