PARTNER DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
WHY THIS POSITION IS NEEDED
God’s hand has been on Ambassadors for Christ International–Australia (AFCI)
from its beginning, providing the vision, the personnel and the finances needed
to move forward with bold steps of faith. Wide open doors of opportunity for
expansion stand before us, both in Australia and internationally—more
opportunities than we have the capacity to respond to on either front.
AFCI
exists to accelerate the spread of the gospel through local churches across
Australia and beyond. AFCI is funded by the donations of people who believe in
this shared vision.
The person who fills
this position will enable AFCI to accelerate the spread
of the gospel as we activate believers in more and more churches to be
witnesses for Jesus. You will lead our fundraising initiatives by putting in
place a strategy that connects more effectively with our existing partners and
draws many new people and funding sources to help fulfil our vision. You will
effectively communicate how our ministry activities are moving our shared
vision forward and motivate others to help reach our vision through partnership
(by prayer, donations, or ministry with us). You will also function as part of
our small but great team working together to create tools and resources around
our purpose.
THE KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The
person who will fit into our team is a person who enjoys a good relationship
with God, who sees this job as a ministry, who leads with servant leadership,
who is eager to pray together as a team, who likes to have fun, who talks
through problems rather than burying them, who communicates well both verbally
and in writing, and who likes to function as part of an effective team.
Our AFCI office is
in Seven Hills NSW. Your role will include a mix of remote work and time in the
office as agreed with your Team Leader.
