Administrator
An
exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Administrator to join the Korus
Connect team. In this varied role, you will be responsible for providing high
level administrative support and customer service to both internal and external
stakeholders across the organization.
Providing
support in areas including Human Resources, Training, Marketing &
Communications (incl Fundraising) and our Community Impact team, this role will
suit someone with a passion for serving others using not only their
demonstrated high level administrative skills but who has an eye for detail,
can work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, have exceptional problem solving
skills along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
- All
aspects of general office and business administration services
- All
aspects of customer service
- Maintenance
and compliance of all Child Safety requirements
- Day to
day administrative functions of Human Resources including processing of
employment applications and payroll requirements
- Project
& event management (annual conference)
- Database
entry & maintenance
- Review
and update of processes to ensure maximum efficiency
- Processing
of donations
- Statistical
and other reporting
- Qualification
in office administration or business or related field and/or minimum 10 years’
experience in a similar role
- Proven
experience working in business environments with high level administrative
abilities
- Proven
knowledge of databases and database systems (The Raisers Edge highly desirable)
- Intermediate
to High level skills in Word (particularly mail merge) and Excel
- Strong
interpersonal skills
- Excellent
organisational and time management skills
- Experience
in Digital or Media platforms desirable but not essential
- Passion
and alignment with Korus Connect’s purpose, vision, mission and values.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Qualification
