Chief Executive Officer / Executive Team Leader

  Fusion Australia -
  Return to listings

Motivated by Christian values and the belief that people matter, Fusion works to see transformation in individual lives and the community through a wide range of local initiatives.

To achieve this can mean dealing with the most practical of needs; whether that’s helping a young person to find a safe place to live, providing a hands-on way to learn when the classroom just doesn’t work, or scaling a mountain with a nervous teen who is building self-confidence.

In sixteen locations around Australia, Fusion brings a unique perspective to each community and relies on the help of locals to make a lasting change. Because the needs of each community differ, no two Fusion Centres are the same. We’re also part of a global network of like-minded mission organisations.

To be successful in a role with us you love what you do, want to continue to grow and improve and are excited in being part of a team that seeks to get the best outcomes for all. You pursue excellence in your role through questioning and reflection, supported within a collaborative and positive environment. If this sounds like you, we’d like the opportunity to meet you.
