Northside Community
Church has a vision of creating communities that engage the disengaged with
Jesus. We have a position vacant for a
Permanent Part-time Worship and Guest Services Pastor. The chosen candidate will develop, lead and
oversee the creative and guest services teams across the Crows Nest and
Turramurra Campus services and environments of Northside Community Church so
that community is built and new people engage with Jesus. The role involves overseeing and
coordinating mid-week planning and delivery of all Sunday gatherings / services
at our two locations, and the development, pastoring and identification of new
team members, training and discipling them into active members of our greater
team through encouraging them in all areas of ministry (playing, writing,
programming etc.). This will be done
through building strong relationships with people and working closely with
other ministry team members, especially Senior and Campus Pastors.
