Receptionist

This enables our team of 75 plus staff to deliver services in the areas of audit & assurance, business advisory, wealth advisory, personal taxation and superannuation, as well as business, taxation and not-for-profit advisory and consulting.

Building relationships and creating a welcoming environment for our clients are important to us and we are seeking applications for someone to join our administration team and be the first point of contact for our firm as our main receptionist.

The role consists of:

• Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
• Greeting clients and visitors upon arrival and making them feel welcome
• Provide tea and coffee to clients and visitors
• Mail drop off, pick up, processing and distribution
• Processing documents from the ATO
• Scanning of documents and files
• Collation of client income tax returns, financial statements and other various documents
• General office duties using Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Managing calendars and appointments for staff
• Set up conference rooms for client and staff meetings
• Ordering of office supplies and stationery
• Assisting with in house catering needs when required

The ideal candidate will;

• Be energetic, vibrant and positive
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate an ability to exercise initiative and discretion
• Be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
• Have strong skills in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Hold a current driver’s licence
