An important aspect of this is the efficient administration of our network of
over 270 parishes. This role is primarily working ensuring the licencing
and administration of our parishes, through the support of the Deputy
Registrar.
About the Role
Supporting the Deputy Registrar,
this role will assist with all client interaction and data administration of
the Registry. The role will be responsible for:
- Processing the application for Clergy licences
and other authorities ensuring accuracy.
- Data input, and production of reports and
correspondence using the Salesforce database.
- Providing excellent customer service through
answering inquiries.
- Providing overall broader team support.
About You
You may have worked as an
administrator, with large databases where accuracy of information and
management of information is critical. Ideally you will have worked in
Salesforce, in particular, using Salesforce data to produce reports. You will
be able to work autonomously and used to managing your own time and outcomes
with a proactive, positive attitude. You will have an aptitude for IT, coupled
with advanced Microsoft office skills and an astute attention to detail.
An understanding of the Anglican Church Structure is helpful.
Consistent with the ethos and
values of SDS, applicants for the position should have a demonstrated Christian
commitment, ideally as a member of an Anglican church in the Diocese.
