About this Role
We are seeking a talented Supporter Care Coordinator with a ‘can do’
attitude and ‘serving heart’ to join our team. As Supporter Care Coordinator,
you will nurture and grow our individual donors and regular givers by delivering
an exceptional level of service and care through responsive customer service
and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
The focus of this role will be facilitating transactional
responsibilities around processing and receipting donations, as well as
relationship building through responding to supporter communications. You will
also work alongside the Data/IT team to ensure our data is clean and up to
date. You will also be involved in the production management of Direct Mail and
email communications to our donors.
Tasks include:
Donor Care:
- Respond to supporter queries warmly, effectively and quickly
- Following up lapsing regular donors
- Maintaining accurate supporter records
- Facilitate planning of campaigns
Data:
- Maintain and grow database by ensuring data is cleaned and up to date
- Enter data timely and accurately
- Maintain and duplicate supporter records for accuracy and according to
supporter wishes
- Data analysis for report building
- Donation processing and receipting
Production:
- Project managing the production of our direct mail and email
communications from the inception of strategy through to landing date and
overseeing all aspects of printing, writing, data and sign off.
Key Selection Criteria
- You
will have demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in a
NFP
- You
will be confident with technology and will be a whiz on the PC and databases – a
working understanding of Salesforce is highly desirable
- You
will have excellent organisational skills with experience in project managing
or events management
- You
will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with initiative
and a strong customer service focus
- You
will have exceptional attention to detail and enjoy working with both people
and process.
- You
will be flexible and adaptable; willing to jump in and help out wherever
needed.
- You
will have the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with
donor information and paperwork
