Empart is a not for profit,
community transformation organisation located in the eastern suburbs of
Melbourne in Croydon, only a 45-minute drive from the city centre. We have a
dedicated tenancy area available now for lease for a mid-sized business, ministry
or mission agency as the primary tenant OR multiple users which could rent
offices on a per room basis (dedicated office rooms starting from $75/week).
