Trinity Church Aldgate
Trinity Church Aldgate is an
evangelical church which was started in 2001 as a church plant sent by Trinity
Church Adelaide and is part of the Trinity Network. The Trinity Network is a
growing network of churches that work together to reach Adelaide and South
Australia with the good news of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and
the call to follow him.
The church has a range of
people representing all life stages who meet every Sunday in Aldgate, in the
Adelaide Hills region, which is approximately 30 minutes from the CBD of
Adelaide.
Since its commencement the
church’s aim has been to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the local
community, and this is its continued desire.
The role
The purpose of the role is to create and develop an
environment that enables and grows ministries at Trinity Church Aldgate. The
role will be responsible for building and maintaining a framework that will
oversee the administration and resources of Trinity Church Aldgate in an
efficient and effective manner.
Key responsibilities
· Support
and assist the Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Leadership Team, ministry
leaders and volunteers in performing their ministry roles.
· Provide
administrative and ministry support to assist the church in achieving its
vision.
· Support
and oversee the resourcing of the various ministry groups.
· Provide
support and assistance to enable Sunday services and special events to be run
effectively.
· Develop
and maintain reliable and efficient communication systems.
· Manage
and maintain the church database and systems.
· Oversee
the office administrative functions of the church, including support staff.

The successful applicant will possess the following
experience, knowledge and key capabilities:
· A
demonstrated evangelical Christian commitment and heart for the gospel.
· Appropriate
communication skills and ability to work effectively with a range of people.
· Proven
ability to encourage, motivate, and empower volunteers.
· Experience
in office management.
· High
level IT skills and experience.
· Ability
and willingness to learn and take initiative.
· Competent
problem-solving abilities and organisational skills.
