Anglicare has long delivered comprehensive and quality human services, impacting communities in Sydney and beyond, in their care of the whole person. This pivotal role is charged with strengthening 6 essential team leaders in a total team of 30 - including Learning and Development, Employment Relations and Recruitment, enabling the business and our people to thrive. The General Manager, People Learning & Culture is a crucial partner to our Heads of business units chiefly in facilitating the development and implementation of organisational and leadership expertise. The ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders, of an organisational culture that is aligned to our growth and strategic vision is paramount.

We envisage you are a seasoned HR professional, from a large, multi-faceted organisation, an advocate in empowering the most important resource in an organisation – its people. Your experience should include organisational culture change and HR programs and initiatives that build capability and effectiveness. Ideally you will possess post graduate qualifications and in line with our organisation’s mission, vision and values, are an evangelical and active Christian professional.
