The second floor at 20 Albert St Blackburn (the Saward Dawson building) will be available for rental from mid-June 2019.  The whole of floor area is the prime space in the building with abundant natural light and a large balcony with external awning.  The space with a kitchen, meals area, meeting rooms and disabled access and toilet facilities.  The area comes with 10 car parking spaces. 

We have had an expression of interest for part of the space and are open to considering splitting the space or offering it on a shared basis to compatible tenants.
