EA Insurance Services exists to provide comprehensive insurance and risk management services to Faith, Charity and Not for Profit organisations throughout Australia. Primary purpose of the role:

The Assistant Client Manager’s role is to support Client Managers, process renewals, endorsements and new business policies. A primary objective is to deliver professional and efficient customer service consistent with the mission and values of EAIS while adhering to company and industry compliance standards.

 

Key result areas:

·       Client service -Renewal processing and retention of accounts

·       Teamwork – supporting Client Managers

·       Compliance and Operations

·       Other duties as and when required

 

Essential Criteria

·       Have a competent and broad understanding of general insurance products, used in a broking role.

·       Personal values consistent with that of the EA insurance Services.   Keeping the organisation’s vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action.

·       Ability to work autonomously and in a team as required

·       Enthusiastic and professionally presented

·       Enjoys working with people and able to deliver a high standard of customer service

·       A desire to see Faith, Not-For-Profit and Education organisations flourish

·       The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines with strong time-management skills.

·       High-level written and oral communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a cross section of people.

·       Willingness to perform a “hands on” multitasking role with a “can do” attitude

·       Strong work ethic demonstrated in ability to establish course of action for self to ensure that work is completed efficiently; self-imposing standards of excellence.

·       Computer literacy including experience with MS office software packages.

·       Sales  and Marketing knowledge

·       Commitment to confidentiality of sensitive information

·       Showing concern for completeness and accuracy around tasks, information and project management

·       Experience using the WinBEAT and Officetech systems (desirable)

 

Experience and Qualifications 

·       A minimum of three (3) years general insurance industry experience with sound commercial lines product knowledge

·       Tier 1 or Tier 2 current qualification

·       An undergraduate degree in business or higher would be viewed favourably

 

Note: Maintaining appropriate levels of qualification is a requirement of employment with EAIS.
