About ACS Financial

ACS Financial is a leading Financial Services company based in Melbourne, who specialise in Insurance and Protection, Commercial Lending, Investment Management and Advisory Services for Churches, Ministries and Christian Schools.

We've been serving the Christian sector for over 25 years and are pushing to expand our service offering into the commercial and personal insurance space.

 

Objectives:

·       Provide professional insurance advisory services to our ACS Financial prospects and customers.

·       Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.

·       Assist and promote ACS Insurance products to Churches, pastors, leaders and other enquirers.

·       Contribute to team morale with a positive attitude to problem solving and team support.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Prerequisites

·       TIER 1 Compliance for Insurance.

·       Commercial Insurance experience.

·       Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications with intermediate to advanced XL spread sheeting capabilities.

·       Ability to work in a team environment facilitating interpersonal and people skills.

·       Good verbal and written communications skills.

·       Commitment to quality assurance.

  

Major Responsibilities including (but not limited to):

·       Passionately represent ACS, embracing with conviction it’s vision, mission and values both internally and externally.

·       Extend respect to the individual dignity of others throughout the company and it’s related entities.

·       Answer telephone enquiries for service needs, handling general Church Insurance queries and Underwriting, or directing calls to appropriate staff.

·       General office and administrative duties as required, including mail run, banking, sending certificates of currency and endorsements as directed.

·       Develop detailed and current knowledge of Insurance and other company products and services for customer service purposes.

·       Provide efficient distribution of products for clients, including sending and processing proposals, and increasing customer awareness of policy types and covers.

·       Discuss and prepare Insurance quotes within established limits ensuring compliance with company’s legal and ethical requirements and customer requirements.

·       Commence New Business cover.

·       Manage Motor Vehicle Fleet Insurance, including quotes and endorsements, keeping up to date with changes and ensuring accurate reporting.

·       Provide assistance by processing Insurance Renewals and Declarations.

·       Assist Office Manager with duties including closings and end of month as required.

·       Other duties and assistance as required by management.
