Marketing and Program Engagement Manager

The Life Choices Foundation is a rapidly growing organisation delivering highly successful 'life choices' presentations to high schools and correctional centres nationwide. To date, we have reached over 250,000 people. 

We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated Marketing & Program Engagement Manager to implement and manage the strategies which will increase our profile and market penetration and improve the effectiveness of our programs. Someone who can creatively develop new ideas and then ensure they are completed. 

This is a very diverse and interesting role as it includes marketing, communication and program engagement responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy and activity.
  • Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate, engage and transact with them.
  • Creation of engaging content that delivers penetration to multiple stakeholders.
  • Integration of all associated marketing activities including content, events, digital, comms, media and sales by liaising with all relevant colleagues.
  • Coordination of events, including tradeshows, round tables, breakfast briefings, etc.
  • Maintaining strong, ongoing channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and sales and implementation of required change.

Required skills and experience:

  • Prior marketing experience with a focus on program delivery.
  • Successful implementation of marketing and sales plans.
  • Distribution channel management.
  • Advanced digital marketing experience & awareness; SEO, SEM, Social Media etc.
  • Familiarity with online CRM platforms.
  • Experience organising and running events, seminars, trade shows etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and strong team player.
  • Strong personality with clear communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task & work in a fast paced environment.
  • Degree in Marketing is desirable.

Hours Required:

  • 25 hours per/week
  • Flexibility with days/hours is available however a minimum of 3 consecutive days in the office are required
  • Illawarra location with travel to Sutherland Shire bi-weekly/monthly required.
