Our Client, Compassion Australia is an international Christian child development and child advocacy organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this key position will provide executive level support to the CEO to enable them to function in an efficient and effective manner. The EA is in a position of trust where keeping confidences, discretion, attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are vital to meet the administrative requirements of the CEO and the Board.

In this pivotal role you will manage the CEO’s calendar and emails, manage CEO media and speaking commitments, arrange internal events, manage expenses and personal tasks and prepare and manage travel arrangements for the CEO and board members. You will also assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents as required.

The successful candidate will possess exemplary administrative skills, including ability to take minutes, be highly organised, detailed and diplomatic, possess excellent people skills, have a friendly disposition and can multi-task very well. You will have previous experience working as an EA or PA to senior executives and have the ability to work to deadlines and manage several projects concurrently. Your experience working for a not-for-profit or Christian Ministry will also be highly regarded.
