Position Vacant – Executive Manager Aged Care

 

Carinity is a leader in providing the elderly with options that suit their care or assistance needs. Through integrated aged care services such as retirement living villages co-located at the majority of our sites, or a home away from home for older people who are no longer able to live independently.

Informed by deep Christian principles of love, respect, equality and hope and based on the belief that God cares equally for everyone, Carinity aims to enable seamless movement from one level of care or assistance to the next whilst continuing interactions with friends and loved ones. We foster a sense of community and facilitate independence and choice to all residents under our care.

 

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for providing leadership to our Residential Aged Care Managers and team as well as the strategic growth of our Aged Care services offered across Queensland.

 

What Carinity is looking for…

·       Executive Management skills across an Aged Care portfolio

·       Demonstrated business acumen at the strategic level of a large, diverse, and complex human service organisation

·       Expert knowledge of relevant legislative and government requirements including ACFI, industrial relations and Aged Care compliance requirements  

·       Capacity to lead in the development of workplace policy, strategic and financial plans, change management, and project management

·       The ability to build a strong rapport with stakeholders across all levels
