Dr Sen Sendjaya

Sen Sendjaya is Professor of Leadership at Swinburne Business School, Australia. He received his PhD from Monash University in 2005. A leading scholar in the field of servant leadership, Sen has received nearly a million dollars in research grants and published more than 65 scientific articles, many of which appear in top-ranked scholarly academic journals. His latest sole-authored book is Leadership Reformed: Why Leaders Need the Gospel to Change the World published by Routledge in December 2019.

Sen has trained leaders in the government, transportation, university, school, and church sectors, and delivered executive education, corporate workshops, and research seminars in Australia, America, China, Japan, and Indonesia. Both his research and teaching have been recognized by numerous awards, most recently Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management Best Educator Award 2017. 

Sen is an ordained Elder at the Scots' Church Melbourne. He planted its Indonesian Congregation in 2005, and continues to serve as its Founding and Preaching Pastor.
